1. Departure details like hotel name, tour guide details, etc will be provided on the departure day i.e. Friday (after Jummah prayer). Once received, kindly coordinate with the guide for further correspondence.
2. Seats in Coaster/ Grand Cabin/ Jeep are not reserved in advance and are on a rotation policy from the first day of the trip (One day in front, the next in middle or back and so on). Also, Surti Travels does not differentiate between front and back seats. We encourage cooperation, especially in accommodating elderly members and seat changes can be made by mutual understanding.
3. For Gents, keep 2-3 jeans, trousers, few shirts and T-shirts, joggers, jacket, raincoat/ umbrella and a trekking stick (optional).
4. For Ladies, keep 3-4 suits, jacket, joggers, raincoat/ umbrella, shawl and a trekking stick (optional).
5. Bring your toiletries. (Tooth paste, face wash, etc.)
6. Keep a water bottle with you throughout the trip.
7. Please follow the tour guide's instructions throughout the trip.
8. Please note that during stopovers, the Vehicle will be turned off for the passengers remaining inside.
9. Travelers must carry essential medications, such as road sickness medicine, Panadol, and Flagyl. If you have any specific medical condition or require medication, please let us know beforehand.
10. Carry enough cash for personal expenses as ATMs may not be available at all locations.
11. Members should report an hour before departure time. Please be Punctual throughout the scheduled departures. Failure to arrive on time may result in being dropped at anywhere/ anytime.
12. Ideal luggage weight should be 5kg. Travel lightly! More luggage means more time for packing and unpacking. Also, carry a bag pack to avoid carrying luggage everywhere.
13. Members must behave ethically and within morals with fellow trip members. Members are highly encouraged to avoid any sort of religious/ political arguments while on the trip.
14. Expect weak mobile network in certain areas (No mobile network in some areas). Carry a power bank as charging facilities may be limited along the way.
15. We advise confirming your booking at least one week in advance to secure your slots before they are filled.
16. Also, please read the terms and conditions carefully. Any violation can lead to abandoning your trip on the spot.

𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐌𝐒 & 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒
1. Full payment must be made one day before the departure.
2. Undertaking/ group registration form is mandatory to fill out by each member.
3. Every participant must keep his/her original CNIC.
4. Providing the child's Birth Certificate/ B-Form is mandatory at registration. If a child does not fall within our mentioned age bracket, Surti Travels reserves the right to charge the additional amount.
5. A Photocopy of Nikkah Nama or updated CNIC is mandatory for those married couples who need a separate room.
6. Minimum number of members to carry out a trip is 10-12, in case a trip is called off by Surti Travels due to low registration the members who have paid will be entitled to a 100% refund or transfer amount to the next trip.
7. Surti Travels holds the right to cancel the booking and trip at any time with refunds.
8. We constantly strive to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels.
9. In case of the closure of any spot mentioned in the itinerary, the guide will determine an alternate route for the day.
10. In case of late arrival, the tour bus will leave after 15 minutes of waiting. Surti Travels will take no responsibility and bear no extra expense in case of such incident.
11. Surti Travels can cancel the trip of any member who misbehaves with fellow member at any time during the trip.
12. Members shall be regarded as carrying their own risk with respect to loss or injury to person or property. The company is not liable for any loss, injury, accident, damage, delay or expense which may arise during the tour.
13. No refunds shall be made in any case if a member leaves/exits during the trip.
14. No refunds shall be made in case of rain, storm, landslide, road closure, accident, flat tire, engine failure, vehicle malfunction, strikes, protests or any other form of political unrest.
15. Any additional expense shall be borne by the member in case of any above-mentioned scenario.
16. Surti Travels will not be held responsible if passenger carries any unlawful items or irregularities including weapons/drugs.
17. Surti Travels reserves the right to cancel the booking at any time in case of failure to abide by these terms and conditions.
18. Any complaints related to the services (Camps/Hotels, transport, meals etc) during the trip must be reported immediately to the group leader or on-ground representative. Complaints made after the trip will be considered carefully but will not result in a guaranteed compensation.
18. Any damage to camp/ hotel room, vehicle, or other facilities caused by a participant will be charged directly by the management.
𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲:
- 90% Refund if cancellation is made 15 days before the trip.
- 50% Refund if cancellation is made between 07-14 days before the trip.
- 25% Refund if cancellation is made 05 days before the trip.
- 0% Refund if cancellation is made Less than 05 days before the trip.
𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄𝐒:
1. Amount paid in advance will be considered as 100% payment and a refund will be made accordingly.
2. If the client requests a change in the travel dates, it will be considered a cancellation, and cancellation charges will apply as per the above policy. A cash refund may also be provided.
3. In case the company cancels the trip due to any unforeseen reason, 100% of the payment will be refunded or adjusted in a future trip, as per the client’s preference.
4. No refunds shall be made in case of non-utilization of any service during the trip including jeep ride, day visit or any other services.
5. The refund amount will be processed within 4 to 5 working days.
